LOVE THAT LIGHT FEELING AFTER A SOLID WORKOUT! Lifting with challenging dumbbells & using the progressive overload approach rocks! It’s cool how WO ‘s help to boost our functional skills needed for day to day life. Today my hubby and I went boating. As usual, he asked for my help to unload and reload our Jon boat. This time I was a little fearful because my spare pair of lifting gloves weren’t in the truck. But I did it without incident! Lifting dumbbells is all about paying attention and being in the moment. Not expecting a huge payoff, but getting a little stronger each day, versus a weakened condition. UPDATE: Upper Body Day. Switched things up with lighter weights and high 2-Sets per exercise. First set 30-Reps and second set 20-Reps. My arms are feeling it!
