If life gives You lemons, add wodka! No heavy lifting for an unknown period of time demands flexibility in plans and strategies. So I sadly said goodbye to the bulk-and-cut-game with heavy iron and found another field to play on, working on my calisthenics skills and movement/flexibility deficits with an app which promises adaptive workout development. Me, the "god of stretch", with a range of motion like an old dead tree .... The only advantage of my home workouts is that there are no indipendent witnesses! Ladies and gentlemen, I will keep You informed! Please stay safe, healthy, and don't forget smiling sometimes even when You're ****** up 😘🔥
