Hi Everybody, I have the day off again (vacay day) and I was watching too much Netflix this morning! I got off the couch and did a short workout. After finishing my program last week, I am using this week as a deload week and doing some short, moderate workouts. Next Monday I am doing the program again. I got some heavier dumbbells so I am ready! Here is my workout for today. Hope you have a good one today!
