Got to the gym today.... still not 100% but better than the weekend and yesterday. Was legs n back and chucked in some biceps 💪 took the 17.5kg for a ride! 1 set of 10! not lifted that before lol but nice to move them. Now eating me beef then some COR. Phoenix 😈🐾🇬🇧
