Weekly Summary: x3 sessions of cardio, x2 all over body workouts, x2 hikes. Body really stiff as a result, but thats to be expected. Eliminated hard sugars from my diet so been going through those aweful cravings, but know in a few weeks those will be gone. Don't know how many lbs lost because I'm focusing on the inches lost vs. lbs lost. Anyhow, today marks a new week for me. Gym night and x2 hikes planned on the island this weekend since I'm camping. Have a great day fit fam.
