I sustained a tough glute strain while warming up on deadlifts on Wednesday (Piriformis syndrome). It's really painful and makes it hard to stand up! I worked really hard on it over the next four days and was able to recover for a great leg workout today! 🙌🙂 Afterward I made chicken w/ cream cheese pasta and red peppers 😋 Have a great Sunday! 😎

Dealing with some residual nagging stuff-(between my tooth, the meds they gave me for the infection and a very stiff neck) I did some light stretching & stick mobility work and plenty of puppy walks!
