Chest n shoulders done ✔️.... few changes in exercises so the muscles are feeling it. French press was interesting not done that for years !! Triceps got bashed so my arms are non functioning right now lol. Think im getting fuller in the upper body so will see where it goes! Phoenix 😈🇬🇧🐾
