Woo hoo! Our city has now mandated masks outside in our dense central area and sea boardwalk. And in the gym NOBODY is wearing a mask. Way..ta...go. "Covid's Gym". We're all gonna die together. Ha ha ha.

Hi Everybody! ❤ I had a great workout already this morning! 40 min dumbbell workout and 30 min of yoga. So, I am trying something new and am keeping up with my dumbbell work and walking/biking, but adding in this DDP Yoga. I bought a month of the streaming workouts to try it out. I am not a yoga person really, but thought it would be good for my back and core and flexibility. I am really happy with it so far. I am on the 2nd week and my back feels better and this issue I have had with my right hamstring has basically went away with all these leg stretches. I hope you all have a good Tuesday. Tomorrow will be cardio and the DDP Energy Yoga video. ❤😘🤗

08/04/2020 - back day for 25 sets. I used the following exercise selection: pullups, cable pulldowns, seated cable rows, hammer strength pulls, banded barbell rows, one arm cable rows and straight arm pushdowns.
