Heavy legs this am..after 2 wk hiatus from it...went up in weights 10lbs on every ex...5 sets x 15 reps..5 exercises ..n 10 min treadmill💀..im eating a honey bun today!...been eating vegetarian every other day...on Mon starting 2 days on 1 day off just fish tho...weight steady..
