Tuesday training, 10AM thirty minutes treadmill, fasted Planet Fitness, no incline, speed 4. Ate first meal, ravenously upon home arrival. Afternoon training, 2PM, home, in order: flat bench barbell presses, incline bench DB presses, standing high pulley cable crossovers, superset bicep low pulley curls with pulley fat bar pushdowns, seated low pulley rows, standing ez bar 21's, plank, and hold. Hanging knee raises. Reporting ahead, at 9 before bedtime (remember I am a senior citizen), calf stretches on an elevated wood block, three foot positions. There will be three sets of these. Then, good night.
