Best workout I have had in a long time. Got a really good pump on. Warmed up with 15 minutes of cardio, hit 45 straight minutes of tabata chest, shoulders, bis, tris, legs press, quads, hammys, and core. Finished with some stretching and rehab. Feeling accomplished. I hope you are all doing well. And as always thank you for all of the support. Fighting my way back one day at a time.
