Good Morning. Have been contemplating about my workout today. Back is sore and the sad thing is if it clears enough where I can do the yard I will jump on it. Don't want to end up in a jungle. But I am in between doing some Legs or Upper Body (without engaging back....yeah right). But I will end this week in a good note. Hope you all have an excellent workout and weekend. God Bless.

07/10/2020 - Arm Day. Today the sets were 12 each for triceps and biceps consisting of underhanded pulldowns, dual handle cable curls, close grip bench, banded barbell curls, overhead cable extensions, dumbbell preacher curls, high rep machine dips and dumbbell hammer curls.
