Legz#2- man i really did kill it today doing exercises ive never done before and doing the volume i did!!! Man my legz were still sore from all those birthday lunges but i still had to get legz in!!! Just because there sore doesn't mean u dont do it again!!!! So this is me currently sitting at 189.2lbs after exploding on legz!!!
