Hi Ho FitFAm - Took yesterday off to celebrate my 3/4th (75) of a century - Great day - My family took me to an adventure park where I went on an obstacle course and took my first Zip Line - it was a blast of a day - Today is my rest day and I'm recuperating - Back in the gym tomorrow for legs

Happy SundayFunday!!! An extra bonus thought for you is when you accomplish a goal celebrate and move to the next one. Never stop being hungry. I started the year with three goals for fitness the first was to surpass my second longest streak of workout days which had been at 508 I smashed it, today is day 810 in a row. The second goal was to be at my best ever from a physique perspective today, I think I crushed that one. The third and final goal is to surpass my longest streak of 1,010 days. Itâs a daunting challenge but I will continue the plan of breaking the elephant into bite size pieces of 25 days. The workout today was 45 minutes wall squat, barbell squats, leg extensions, chest flys, lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, curls, military press, side lateral raises, rear lateral raises and 15 minutes of elliptical. #StayHungry #SetYourselfUpForSuccess #ThisIs60
