Hey fitfam! Wasn't able to knock out day 17 of Insanity today as I was out interviewing then got the chance to catch up with a great friend and talked over a beer for a few hours. But it was nice to see him. Will definitely be on track tomorrow hitting day 17 after work. Hope every one had a great hump day. Love yall and have a good night 💪✌️😉
