Grateful it's Friday! It was such a glorious day in Central California, I decided to jump rope and do push-ups outside! I did a set of 200 jump ropes ... It really kicks my metabolism into gear! Then, I did a series of push-ups, encouraged by buddy , who's always fighting for a cause: -22s for our Vets and those who suffer from PTSD and depression -25 to fight COVID-19 -10 for 10 Did a nice 20 minute kettlebell workout ... I'm getting better at this! Don't forget to WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
