Another weird workout .. full body race through seven movements as many times as you can in 20 minutes (Did three sets ... got it done in about 25). It went like this: Barbell shoulder press; front squats, bent over rows, barbell lunges, Romanian deadlifts, pull-ups, chin-ups, repeat. My legs got the best workout, so I'm showing them off! Which means I had three sets of 22s ... for our Vets and those suffering from PTSD and depression. Saw a post from two of my team: One was having a rough week, but was determined to improve it; the other questioned whether he was making a difference. I said "yes" to both ... Get out and make it happen ... And anything we do that's positive makes a difference. Do a set for the cause, would ya?!
