Good morning My Friends!! Thank you all for your kind comments! Everyday is still tough without my Mom, but its getting better... I'm finding new ways to workout from home (Which is mostly alot of yoga) How are you all doing with this virus???

No pics but gaining progress, still working and slowly seeing better gains then at normal gym. Noticing changes in shirts mainly in back will take progress be safe fit fam.
