07/27 - Cardio, back and biceps. Todays workout went like this: cable pulldowns, seated cable rows, dumbbell rows, hammer strength pulldowns, eagle pulldowns and straight arm pushdowns for 24 working sets. For biceps it was 5 sets each of drag curls and a 4 part dumbbell curl.
