Whats up good lookin folks! Week 6 Day 2 FB. I started at 5:40 this am then got my kids ready for school, continued my workout then called on my meeting and now Im posting! (Hey, I thought you already started working? Comp time! Shhh) I am jazzed because my military presses are starting to feel easier. Easy probably not the right word. Lighter not right either. Anyhow, time to get back to work and analyze some processes...and do the robot dance! Stay safe 💪

Happy ThankfulThursday!!! The thought for today is the past has already happened what we can do is learn from it and apply the lessons we learn to all of our todays and tomorrows. The workout today was 45 minutes on the elliptical with the resistance on 22 out a possible high of 24 and then a full body lift. I can feel the DOMS already. Today is consecutive workout day 973 and almost done with this 25 bites of the elephant as I move toward my goal of 1,011.
