Happt Tues peeps! I got it done...chest/cardio intervals for 1 hr. I may have over exaggerated hiw much better the gym is...yeah, not so much. No matter...i still slayed that iron demon. I see y'all did some slaying today too...that's what I'm talkin bout peeps. Lets put in that work. Catch y'all tmro FitFam...yet another day to be freakin awesome! Let's Roll!!!!

16/84 86/300 Tuesday, April 13, 2021 It’s Cardio day! Time to chase down our dreams Body Space team! This morning Hubby & I rode our bikes outside to explore this part of Florida. It was sunny & breezy out! Using various speeds, we pumped out 5-25 on the straight sidewalk heading towards a shopping plaza. We enjoyed steamed chicken and vegetables with rice Lunch. (Will post meal pictures later in comments. Then we explored the vast number of stores and road back to our son’s house steady state. Kepted the gear intensity on near highest gear the whole ride!

Good evening fit fam. Back and bi's today for my turn it up Tuesday lunch escape. Row focus. Did: 4 sets of seated cable rows, 4 sets of seated Matrix rows, 4 sets of Hammer Strength Iso-leverage rows, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of machine preacher curls and 4 sets of two arm DB curls on an inclined bench - both with super slow negatives. Happy number for today was 177.5 lbs X 10 on the high pulley rows to chest. 90 lbs X 10 on the machine preachers did the trick (no cheating this time. all arms - full range of movement). Saw a great meme on one of the gym monitors today. "You only live once? No, you only die once. You live every day". Make the best of it peeps. Hope that everyone had a great day.
