Wassup darlings... had an excellent sleep. Started my morn with my Greens (when ya can’t get enough from the main source). Was in the mood to Squat (go figure right)...so I hit the bar for a couple sets. Felt gooood! I know it looks light but I lift with iron and steel only... I never try to prove I’m lifting more than what I really am by using wide bumper plates... I leave those for the Olympians! But yeah, it’s Quads+Back+Bis Day with some ABs and a quick 20mins Cardio tonight! So I hope y’all get it in and get it done... Later💋

So i use to actually go to the gym, but sunce the pandemic, i have been slowly building up my home gym. Currently i have an adjustable weight bench. I have resistance bands adding up to 160lbs i think. Two 25lb dumbells and a pull up bar. I use to hot heavy weights at the gym alot. I have to say i think my routine now has improved my body kore, but not sure cause i have also added cardio. Need to find good workouts especially with bands, until i can buy more weight and bars.

I'm busy getting my morning ready, i let the dogs out and notice these 4 female beauties growing in one of my raised garden beds. Once they are ready they will be implemented into my diet. My diet has come along way but still needs work(discipline). I can do this.
