Friday 1:45 pm. Dips on a dip stand that i found in a thrift store. Whoever made it intended it to last. The 4 uprights are bb bars - the ones that have a lesser diameter than olympic bars. I sanded and then applied red and black Rust-o-Leum. Anyway, for dips, heavier kettlebell weight, 30 lbs. Reps: 15 - 9 - 11 - 10 - 12 - 15 - 15 -13 = 100 (BW 180 + 30 KB = 210#). Total: 21,000 # for dips.
