Busy afternoon.....took son to jiu jitsu.....came home cooked, took daighter to dance, worked out back and bies in 50 minutes and picked here back up at 8....ate. Watched most wanted, read a book at went to sleep.....lol

Good morning fit fam, Happy Fake Friday. Hit chest and arms this morning. It was a tad bit too cold to do stairclimber n break a lethal sweat so a 15min incline treadmill walk sufficed. Leg day tomorrow. GO CRUSH THURSDAY
