Evening FitFam... Well that was so much fun!!! 104kg single leg leg-press hahaha... love it! and a cheeky 125kg calf raise.... Usual numbers elsewhere though did climb back up to 50kg hams.... Gave squats the night off will slay those friday... Enjoyed that.... Now on route home with food, and a sneaky red wine so its good for me. Not exactly sure I will walk tomorrow but hey cross that bridge at 5am. Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
