Week 8 Day 2 Legs+HIIT 3 sets, 10 reps each Side Lunge Front Squat Deadlift Sumo squat Pulsing squats weighted bridge Lunges calf raise HIIT- 3 rounds @ 30 sec each jumping sumos triple bear jump squats Core 3 sets x 30 sec each Flutter kicks plank leg raises I was afraid of this workout and it was just as difficult as I thought it would be. 😞 I didn't die though! Hope you all have a great Thursday! 🌞
