55/84 (this Round) 278/300 (workout days out of 300, my 2021 goal). DO SOMETHING TODAY THAT YOUR FUTURE SELF WILL THANK YOU FOR. Asked my daughter’s boyfriend to spot me on Incline Bench Presses. Last time these long small boned arms were spotted on Incline Bench Presses I could only pump out 4-Reps with 25-lb dumbbells. Today I scored a new PR! Was able to pump out 3-Sets of 10-Reps with the 25-lb dumbbells on my 5-25 UBWO! Woot!
