I’m guessing the Blue Man is based on exceeding your average weights for each muscle group. Until I can use a full gym and increase my weights regularly, I have to stop focusing on Mr. Blue Man. 🙂 Just going to work out, have fun, and work on my gains with the weight levels I have available. Interesting that my hamstrings were on light blue considering the amount of leg work I did inc. straight leg deadlifts & leg curls. I guess i must have set the bar a bit too high for me 😂🙈. Maybe i should have added that i finally played football again on sunday and the hammys would have been burning red 😜🦵
