Mentally tough workout today. I got to the gym, and my blood sugar crashed. I just wanted to throw in the towel. I gave myself 5 minutes to recover and finished. Sometimes it's all about determination!

A very brief Leg Day ... In the gym! I was between appointments ... Thought that I could get more done ... But I'm happy with what I got in 30 minutes! Squat getting deeper ... I did some two-second pauses at the bottom ... Could really feel those (thanks for the inspiration, @irongroove1_ and @transbulk) And looky ... ➡️ Do I see diamonds on those calves?! (Didn't have time to work them ... But they're coming along!) I did a set of my 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. Now GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ GET A MASK! 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
