We're probably the biggest self critics. For one, you've already made it to the gym. If you're not keeping a progress log, I'm fairly sure youre keeping track if your getting any faster or lifting more or feeling stronger a bit than the last time. So why make this miserable for you? By being a drill master, are you actually becoming a better, more disciplined person? Or are you just reinforcing lies? You are far worthy as you are at this moment. I think the rest of it is just icing on the cake!

Yikes😒 The Olympics have destroyed me🤣Greantness on display, I even watch some of the women 10k swim(it was 2hr). I couldnt watch like this as a kid or even as a young adult; the options these apps give, I need another two of me to watch all of it.
