Leg day: I learned that with my new massage therapist, I need to take a rest day, not go hard, the day after a deep tissue massage. Both my run & my weightlifting were brutal yesterday. My back is still such a wreck that I had to rework today's leg plan to exclude much back effort. Not that my legs aren't still suffering. Gonna be rough. 😂 Revised routine: Bulgarian split squat drop sets (done with some form tweaks recommended by Athlean X, ouch), hamstring curls, leg extensions, single-leg hamstring stability ball curls, bodyweight squats to failure (2 sets sissy squats, 2 sumo, 2 regular), cable adductors, calf raises for 2 minutes straight
