Red Lerilles | The largest and most complete health club in the south. My comment: Living in Lafayette, Louisiana beckons training in and at Red’s. Red is an amazing 85 year old. He still trains. Mr America in the 50’s, opened gym with Beyer Coe, etc.

…gettin’ motivated for some pull day wit a throwback to a yr or so ago. jus fuxkd wit some heavy curls last workout knockd out 6 reps not too shabby but thats down a few reps from photo. everyday a grind. everyday is a piece of the puzzle. everything matters for the end results. from how we think and process our days. how we imagine our lives. how we manifest the vibes. how we eat. how we train. how we sleep. sometimes its a struggle gotta juggle things but, work.. kids.. responsibilities.. family.. its all worth every single day. lets stay focused snd get it💪🏻💪🏻
