Finished original workout and did another one of nothing but rows. Regular grip, wide grip, narrow, reverse grip. Etc etc. Finished off workout with 200 crunches. No cardio. Tweaked my knee somehow. Either icy hot or some ice on it when I get home. Until next time, Build on!
