Hi Fitness Community! I have spent the past year taking a break from competition workouts two basic exercising. I’m also in the middle of recovering from dental surgery…however, the fitness bug to tone up again is here! There’s a fitness competition I’d like to do this spring and summer; however, hard to tell what might be cancelled with Covid. For now, getting in the habit of toning again and still trying to build muscle naturally.
