Hey fitfam...just letting you know my newest goal lately: I'm trying to catch up to Jack Lalanne's push up count of 1033 in 23 minutes. He did that *during* his live show! Under pressure! That's a pace of 45 per minute. My own personal brick wall is at about 100! So, I'm so far away, but knowing what's humanly possible is what's motivating me (even though Jack was actually a superhuman). I hope by year's end I'll be able to crank out another 100 or so.
