Not bad this how I like it darker blue! Thank you again for all the likes and feedbacks; I guess the app finally caught up on me... I could only post, can't like or comment on my fit fam lately, I can't even respond to my feedbacks. @schaefer_gerard but I’d like to say Yes hubby is proud now, but ppl at times aren't New Change are scary. I was more scared; I was determined to clean up my lifestyle so that I am proud of what I accomplish... To look my best as I age🖤 tomorrow I will be 43 and Proud to be standing with this man and smaller than I ever been rather than through thick or fit. #strongissexy

I had a great training session, lots of phone calls in the garage gym for my logistics business, all were good, off and on training but plowed ahead. I called it today Top 2 Bottom, signifying a total body workout. Fat bars used for most moves. The pit bull was roaming. Started chewing stuff. Got the training done. Every body part had a part in the day. Mentally, nailed it. Heading to a 4 day business trip in Louisiana so for 4 days.Lots of water, as usual. One gallon a day. Life just keeps on getting better. Anyway, top to bottom was a good one. Sure beats some formula-like training program. You see my friends, those that write those, they assume one size fits all. Give your self a nice Christmas present, go buy two farmers bars from Rogue or EliteFTS. Stop laboriously following the programs here. Trust yourself to make the right workout plan. You are smarter and better than to follow some of non experts on BS. Have confidence in yourself. You can do it. Amen.
