I'm so proud of my spin class this month. It may have been reduced in size a bit but...of the ones who've been consistently showing up...they've improved SO MUCH in just 1 month! What started out as baggy T-shirts at the beginning of the month is now more of the Lululemon / spandex stuff to show off the physique. 30 days ago, there was no confidence at all to wear that, but today there is all the confidence.
