Good Sunday morning. I was in a car accident 3 weeks ago, 70 yr old drinking and on his phone pulled out in front of me and my son. Luckily I was able to swerve and not hit him stright on into his drivers door or it may have hurt him bad. Havent been able to workout since. Worst thing beyond soreness is that i must have torn the ligaments in my thumb from holding the steering wheel. Still cant really grab anything. Have some straps that may help but really limited on any lifting. Kinda bummed me out, but i will at least ramp up the cardio and try to do something. Cant just stop. Hope you all are doing well.
