Your subconscious mind will believe exactly what you tell it if you repeat it over and over enough times. Tell yourself each day you are going to fail then what happens? a few weeks or months later, you give up on your goal and you do fail. If however you repeat to yourself "I can do this, I will keep trying until I succeed" then guess what? You believe in yourself and you keep going until you get where you want to be. It may take time but if you believe in you goals and keep pushing yourself forward in a positive way, your subconscious mind will get you there because it believes in your destination. #StayStrong
