I am back for good. I am the fattest I have ever been. Topping out at 254 lbs. I read an article saying that if your resting heart rate is more that 80 then you will die within the next 20 years. I got a fitbit that said mine is 87. This was a week ago. So far i am down to 74 and started saun Ts transformation 20. I am on day 4 and loving the energy i have in a short time.
