From time to time we have to give ourselves some grace. For me today my workout was terrible. Like awful. I cut it short and was so mad at myself. Then I reminded myself that I maybe got three hours of sleep. Im still dealing with residual sciatic pain and that 20 mins was better than nothing. Tomorrow is a new day and listening to my body is so important. Chaulking it up to a “case of the mondays” and moving forward 👊🏻

Late night leg day done. Worked up to 280lbs on back squat again. Really want to find a powerlifting program if anyone knows one let me know
