It was quite the compliment yesterday as I went suit shopping and had three stores tell me my arms are too big and need to stop growing them! Loved it. A shame though that one vest ripped -salesperson shouldn't have insisted on me trying it on.

I’m ecstatic, this bulking season has been the best I could have possibly hoped for. I still got a little more time but I’ll be bringing my best package EVER to the stage this year. Will this be in? Be the year I join the WNBF ranks as a pro bodybuilder? Let’s gooooooooo

35 min Cardio. Oh my goodness. Not sure if it’s because I took 2 weeks off from the gym or because my sinuses are messed up, but I legit thought I was going to die. Lungs were on fire. Had to sit in my car for a few minutes afterwards to make sure I wasn’t going to passout or throw up 🤢 before I started driving. But I got it done!
