Happy MuscleMonday!!! Today’s thought is that the only limits on your life are those you allow. They are either self-imposed or they are limits you have accepted by allowing others to impose them on you. I’m now six days from 60 and most folks will tell you that you can gain 30 lbs in 20 months at my age and get leaner. I wouldn’t accept that limitation and set how to do it. Don’t accept others limiting you in any area of life. The workout today was 40 minutes of Active Recovery, it was much needed after the last few workouts. #NoLimits #SixDaysFrom60 #DadBod
