Good morning! I know I said I didn't want to do any HIIT workouts, but it was on schedule for today. 🤷‍♀️ I modified a bit. Each excercise for 30 sec x 4 sets with shortened rest in between-20 sec, 15 sec, 10 sec. Jumping jacks jump squats Mountain climbers Last set is each move for 15 sec back to back 15 sec rest x 4. Ended up being 20 min. I will do some yoga tonight and tomorrow will be Shoulders, Arms, Legs. Hope you all have a great day! 🌞❤️
