Slowly being able to add some things back in on leg day. Managed some leg press today. Not heavy, not deep. Still cautious, but I was able to do it without ******* my back off. See how tomorrow is. #legday #teamchickenlegs

I’m gonna have to stretch for 6-7 days again at this rate. Maybe then I’ll consistently get at least 5 😂 Feels good to still be making consistent progress on everthing though 🤙🏾 now, time for a chest session
