I do not know who needs to hear this but the ONLY competition you have is YOURSELF. There is no need to run when you see someone else running on the treadmill. There is no need to lift the same amount weight because the person before you could do that weight. It's about you and ONLY YOU. Good Morning Fit Fam, have a FITABULOUS day!
