Decided to do heavy deadlift with unweighted abs training in different positions tonight and just touch up my triceps. I will be doing two muscle groups a day soon again and hopefully if everything goes well back to twice a day workouts. In the next ten weeks I am hoping as my strength and endurance is surprising returning fast as i fix my eating and protein. I will most likely go back to full cleaning eating and weighing food agsin as i get big again. The goal right now is return my strength and endurance, while removing the layers of fat again from my mid section again after not training for nineteen months to any true extent due to personal issues.
