Aniversary weekend, talked my hubby into doing the walking trail from Lovers Point to Monterey and back. Not a good surf area, to many rocks for this beginner. Managed to stay on my diet thanks to a trip to the farmers market here, but I am getting a treat of coconut milk seafood soup and apple tart for tonight's dinner before heading out tomorrow.

Shoulders and arms yesterday to start the day. I got a nice pump and had some good heavy weights I worked with. Today was a rest day for the most part.
