Today I just did some fasted cardio this morning and stretched out that’s all I thank god for helping me push through all I did do my body knows it’s fall cause my knee was hurting me I’m guessing it’s got arthritis in it from the wreck cause it bothers me when it’s cooler seasons and I’m not wearing pants or a knee brace to keep compression on it. I have been struggling to make time for the gym. It has been about 3 weeks since I have been there. I have a friend from church who has worked out every day at 6 am for the last 30 years or so. I guess I'm not that disciplined. He used to be a pro soccer player. He is an inspirational guy to hangout around. I just have so many events to go to at church, and I would like to be a leader there, so I have to do training and be there a lot. Hopefully, once hurricane Fiona has passed, I can get myself going 3 days per week again. I hope you all have a good weekend! God bless!
