A different kind of stupid leg workout today. 10 sets of 12 at 60kg (132 lbs), followed by 1 set of 30 at 40kg (88lbs) for squats 10 sets if 12 at 20kg DBs (44lbs), followed by 1 set of 30 at 15kg DBs (33lbs) DB sissy squats 5 sets of 10 10 sets of 15 at 120kg (264lbs) for leg press. Did a bunch of hammie curls, walking lunges and leg extensions to finish the session off. Deep deep burn.
